Ingredients

3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but adds flavor)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, add honey, lemon juice, and mustard.
Slowly add olive oil while whisking.
Add salt and black pepper.
Mix well until the dressing becomes smooth.

Tip

If the dressing feels too thick, add 1–2 tsp warm water and mix again.
