Ingredients

1 cup warm water
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2–3 mint leaves (optional)
1 pinch cinnamon powder or black pepper (optional)

Instructions

Pour warm water into a glass.
Add lemon juice and mix well.
Add honey and stir until it dissolves.
Add mint leaves or a pinch of cinnamon/black pepper if desired.
Drink it fresh in the morning on an empty stomach.
